However, please note that colors, finishes, sizes or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use, screen settings, photography lighting and manufacturing variations.

Some products contain assorted charms, beads and decorative accessories. Colors, patterns, shapes and accessory combinations may vary slightly between different batches without affecting the general function or value of the product.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet every personal expectation or be exactly the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.

PRODUCT SAFETY

Some of our DIY craft kits contain small parts, beads, charms, chains, hooks, clasps, rings, cords and craft tools that may present choking, scratching, pinching, entanglement or puncture hazards if used incorrectly.

Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under three years of age. Children should use our craft kits and tools only under appropriate adult supervision.

Keep small components and tools away from babies, young children and pets. Do not place beads, charms, chains, cords or other product components in the mouth.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, instructions, age recommendations and safety warnings before using a product.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. CharmCraft Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, inaccurate shipping information or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. CharmCraft Studio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass in accordance with applicable law.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with CharmCraft Studio.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION INCLUDES CLAIMS RELATING TO ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, SHIPPING DELAYS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THE IMPROPER OR UNSUPERVISED USE OF CRAFTING TOOLS, SMALL PARTS OR PRODUCT COMPONENTS.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CharmCraft Studio, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities or third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

  2. Your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or
