90-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your OIRHNL Bird Haven products. You have 90 days from delivery to request a return, plus a 3-year warranty.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Contact support@oirhnl.com within 24 hours of ordering to modify, change address, or cancel. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

How to Return

  • Email support@oirhnl.com with your order number
  • We'll provide return instructions and address
  • Ship item back using trackable shipping
  • Full refund issued within 7 days of receipt

Note: Do not return to the original shipping address on the label.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Personal reasons (dislike/unsuitable): You pay return shipping
  • Quality issues (wrong/damaged): We cover return shipping - email us with photos

Exchanges

Email support@oirhnl.com with your order number and exchange details.

  • No quality issue: You pay shipping + price difference
  • Quality issue: We cover shipping - include photos of packaging and item

Exchanges ship 5-7 business days after we receive and confirm the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Damaged/missing parts not our fault
  • Returns after 90 days from delivery

Refund Processing

Refunds process within 7 working days to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Bank processing may take additional days.

3-Year Warranty

All OIRHNL Bird Haven products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal use (camera malfunction, feeder mechanisms, optical defects in binoculars)
  • Electronic component failures not caused by misuse

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, weathering)
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Damage from extreme weather events or wildlife
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Consumable parts (batteries, SD cards, mounting accessories)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Claim Warranty:

  1. Email support@oirhnl.com with:
    • Order number and purchase date
    • Photos/videos showing the issue
    • Description of the problem
  2. Our team will assess within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll provide:
    • Free replacement, or
    • Free repair with prepaid return shipping, or
    • Store credit if product is discontinued

Warranty Shipping:

  • We cover return shipping for approved warranty claims
  • Replacement ships within 5-7 business days of approval

Important Notes:

  • Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase
  • Warranty is non-transferable
