Yes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We’ll do our best to help before your order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, you can still contact us for return or exchange options after delivery.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our DIY kits.
If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll help with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Please note that normal wear, misuse, or handmade assembly mistakes are not covered.

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders with processing times of 1-2 business days and shipping times of 2-4 business days. For other regions, processing is typically 2-3 business days, with varying shipping times. Please note that customs duties may apply for international orders. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
There are no shipping fees at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country, region, and local carrier.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or may not be supported by certain carriers. If there are any delivery issues with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

You can change your shipping address shortly after placing your order. Contact customer service at support@oirhnl.com with your order number if your order hasn't shipped yet. Changes aren't possible once the order is shipped.
If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@oirhnl.com and we will arrange a replacement for you.
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Yes. Our kits are designed to be easy and fun for beginners. No previous crafting experience is required.
Each kit includes a selection of charms, beads, chains, clasps, connectors, and other accessories. Some kits may also include basic tools. Please check the product description for the exact contents.
Most kits include the essential accessories needed to start creating. For some designs, small pliers may be helpful. Please refer to each product page for details.
Yes. DIY kits make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, craft nights, moms and daughters, teens, and anyone who loves creative accessories.
Many of our kits are suitable for older kids and teens with adult supervision. Because some kits include small parts, they are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Yes. Most kits include enough pieces to create multiple keychains, bag charms, or accessories.
Yes. You can attach your finished designs to bags, backpacks, keys, luggage, purses, and more.
We do our best to show accurate colors and styles. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or batch variations.
We recommend keeping small beads, charms, and connectors in the included storage box or a sealed container away from young children and pets.
